Dust off wood
A lot of dust and sawdust is produced during woodworking. A clean, dust-free surface is essential for the further processing of wooden workpieces.
Cleaning before pickling or coating
Sanding the wood removes small fibers from the surface, which always have to be removed before coating or staining. The cleaning step ensures the best possible quality of the subsequent work result and also contributes to reduced consumption of the impregnation.
Natural Tampico fibers are suitable for cleaning tasks. They have a natural abrasiveness so that they guarantee a fine surface finish.
Punched Tampico rollers
Punched brushes in the form of rollers are suitable for cleaning. Punching the body allows for a variety of fill arrangements so that the brush can be designed individually. In addition to classic roller brushes, multi-zack segment brushes are also available. They have an interlocking profile at the ends so that the individual segments can be strung together until the desired roller length is achieved.

Dust removal
Brushes with horsehair should be used to remove the finest dust during the manufacturing process. The fine and thin hairs are very flexible, allowing them to adapt ideally to the wood surface and remove dust from the entire surface.
